JosTec have provided a very good service for our project at Hammersmith in respect to the air permeability and sound insulation testing for the 165 apartments we have almost completed. They have supported and advised us to the best of their knowledge, how we could achieve the results we required for this site. I have used JosTec regularly over the past few years and they have gone the extra mile to provide us with an excellent service with both Acoustic and Air consultancy/testing.
On all new build schemes we are now required to exceed Building Control Requirements by achieving results in excess of 5dB to satisfy Code For Sustainable Homes and planning/S106 requirements.
As a result they are involved from the very earliest design stage meetings to the last minute client led changes that require their input. The level of flexibility, availability and accountability they offer is exceptional and I could not recommend them strongly enough.

our worker Szabi was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and professional. He gave specific helpful advice on reducing air/heat leaks which enabled us to bring our self build up to building regulations standards for this air test. Following this advice our home is now much better insulated, so our bills will be less. Well worth doing. Thank you.

JosTec are a lovely, very, very helpful company to deal with. Their engineers are very patient in explaining what they do & the results of the test’s to a novice like me! I have a rental flat in North Watford, Hertfordshire that required a airborne noise test. The flat failed it’s test, but Robert and Carlos were so very helpful in looking at the problem & coming up with a solution, especially as the top floor flat is occupied & so I could not take the easy route & have work done there. Robert came up with the materials/insulation required that we could do to the ground floor flat’s ceiling & yesterday the flat passed it’s retest with flying colours! I can hearty recommend JosTec, they give a five star service!

The engineer you sent was very polite, he followed the procedures and completed the works in a timely and safe manner.
